2. How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning correctly:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos/videos of the damage or issue
- We will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost to you
