Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand in the near future.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on a non-business day will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and shipping carrier information.

Printers and electronic products are packed in sturdy boxes with appropriate padding. Fragile items like photo paper or specialty print material are protected with additional layers.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this link to monitor the real-time location and status of your shipment. If you don’t receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at info@print-manual.com.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
